Each zipper is a strong, high quality zipper that doesnโt snag when pulling, deep pockets but still able to find what I need without dumping out the contents, comfortable and durable fabric underside straps, lightweight when itโs empty! I wish I could add more photos, the video quality was very blurry and would not have done the purse justice. It says itโs for men, but I carry it as my purse and because it can be converted to a backpack, my husband doesnโt mind to carry it occasionally for me. The brown leather works well with both hoodies and a simple coat. The bag doesnโt look too sporty or too formal โ just a good universal option for everyday use.
I ride my bike around the city a lot and was looking for something instead of a backpack. In backpack mode the Gravle sits stable and doesnโt slide down to my chest when I lean over the bars. When Iโm just walking, I switch it to sling mode โ thatโs more convenient in stores and on the subway. For my daily carry โ wallet, keys, phone, a light fleece โ the capacity is enough.
Switched from a classic shoulder bag to the Gravle Sling for the city and office. Documents, a small notebook and headphones fit in easily, and it all looks much more compact. With jeans and sneakers it looks natural, like part of my everyday style.
In reality this turned into my โdad bagโ for walks: wallet, phone, wipes and a couple of small things for the kid are always at hand. I like that itโs not a mess inside โ there are several sections, so itโs easy to find what I need.
The leather color in real life turned out darker than I expected from the photos, but it still looks good. The front pocket is really tight for my big phone in a case, so I took off one star, even though the bag itself is very solid.
Sizeโwise, itโs exactly what I was looking for: bigger than a regular waist pack but smaller than a backpack. Wallet, phone, keys and some extra small stuff fit in easily, and it doesnโt turn into an overstuffed balloon.
Works great on the motorcycle: the bag doesnโt flop around or get in the way of my jacket, and it doesnโt look bulky. Thereโs more than enough room for documents, a wallet and a few small items.
Got the Gravle Sling specifically for flights as my personal item. Passport, tickets, headphones, eโreader and chargers all go into separate pockets, so I donโt have to dig through a backpack in the overhead bin. At security I just drop the bag on the belt, everything is zipped up and nothing falls out. After a couple of trips the leather darkened a bit on the edges โ looks even better, kind of a light travel patina.
I like the bag itself, especially the leather and hardware โ it looks solid and premium. But the strap could be a bit softer, by the evening I feel it on my shoulder if Iโve been out all day. For me itโs a strong four, not a perfect five.
