2-Year Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our handcrafted leather goods. Each bag is meticulously made from premium Crazy Horse Leather, designed to last for years while developing its unique character and charm. Natural characteristics of Crazy Horse Leather, including scratches, marks, patina, and color variations, are features that make your bag one-of-a-kind. Learn more about Crazy Horse Leather.
Crazy Horse Leather is vegetable-tanned and treated with natural wax, which gives it a distinctive aroma and may leave light marks on clothing initially. This is a natural characteristic of the leather and not covered by warranty. For more details, please see our Leather Care Guide or product description before purchase.
What’s Covered
Our 2-Year Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including:

Broken stitching or seams caused by faulty craftsmanship

Zippers, buckles, rivets, snaps, and other hardware failure due to production defects

Structural defects clearly resulting from manufacturing, including strap attachment points, handles, and other stress points

Leather delamination or peeling caused by manufacturing defects
We will repair or replace any covered item. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be provided. All shipping costs for warranty claims will be covered by us.
What’s NOT Covered
This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper care, including exposure to water, moisture, or other liquids; leather may develop marks or color changes if it becomes wet and is not dried properly (see Leather Care Guide)

Normal wear and tear from everyday use (expected signs of use over time)

Damage to contents inside the bag

Products purchased from third-party retailers
Note: This warranty applies to all products purchased from our official website, regardless of promotions or sale prices.
How to Make a Claim
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect:

Contact us at info@elwardsleather.com with photos of the issue and proof of purchase.
- Warranty claims must be filed within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered.

We will respond within 48–72 hours with next steps.

We will repair or replace your item, or provide a refund if a replacement is unavailable.

All shipping costs for warranty claims will be covered by us.
- The resolution provided by Elwards Leather (repair, replacement, or refund) shall be the final and exclusive remedy for any valid warranty claim.
Privacy: Any personal information provided during a warranty claim will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
