Full-grain preserves the hideโs natural surface for maximum strength and character. Vegetable tanning uses plant-based tannins and natural waxes, allowing the leather to develop a rich patina over time
Hand-Stitched Saddle Construction
Each stitch set by hand for lasting strength
Saddle stitching uses two needles and a single thread locked at every pass. We use Fil au Chinois, a premium waxed linen thread from France and a gold standard in leathercraft. If one stitch breaks, the rest hold, unlike machine stitching which can unravel.

Pieces are cut by hand using steel templates, aligned with the natural grain for optimal strength. No two sections are alike โ individuality is built in from the start.
Edge Craftsmanship
Edges are shaped, burnished, and sealed through multiple passes โ a slow process that builds durability and a refined finish. The result is a smooth, rounded edge that holds over time. Machines canโt match this level of control.
Stitching & Construction
Fil Au Chinois waxed linen thread reinforces every stress point. Solid brass hardware is hand-fitted and secured. Each piece undergoes a final inspection โ only then is it marked and released.
